Workflow creation happens through chat. Open a Cody session (dashboard or Slack) and say something like:

• "Every morning at 9am, summarize my urgent emails + today's calendar."
• "Every Monday, give me a weekly status on open Asana tasks."
• "Every hour during workdays, check for new P0 emails."

Cody will draft the workflow + show you a confirmation card with the name, schedule, prompt, and delivery target. Approve to schedule it.

Workflows are read-only: no email/calendar/asana/slack writes, no GitHub/Vercel actions. If a workflow notices something that needs a write, it will SUGGEST it in the summary — you can act on it in a regular interactive session.
